CEVS ships all STORE orders via Aus Post Registered or courier within 1-2 days of recieving payment. Most small orders will be shipped via Aus Post and larger orders shipped via courier.
All orders are sent as registered items and require a signature upon delivery. If a signature cannot be acquired upon delivery, a pick up card will be left at your specified delivery address and your order will be held safely at either your local Aus Post office or courier depot. If your pick up card was left by courier you will need to phone the number provided on the card to re-schedule delivery time. If your pick up card was left by Aus Post, you will need to take your pick up card to your local Australian Post Office to collect your order.
Crown Equine's handling time takes approximately 1-2 business days.
Australia Post Registered parcels take approximately 3-5 business days to deliver and our couriers take approximately 1-4 business days to deliver. Delivery is during normal business hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
If you need an order urgently, please email your requests to us so that express postage can be arranged for your order. The price of freight upgrade will be discussed and agreed upon before dispatch.
If you are not satisfied with the product or would like an exchange you may return the product provided you dispatch the goods within 7 days of the day it was delivered to your address. Packaging and contents must remain in original, saleable condition, un-opened, and damage free to be granted a refund or exchange.
If Crown Equine receives returned product in unsalable condition, the customer must forfeit freight costs to receive the product back. Once the product is received, assessment is complete and refund or exchange is approved, Crown Equine will either provide an exchange or refund for the cost of the goods to the payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that the initial delivery fee of $15 will not be refunded. Please allow Crown Equine 14 days to process refund or exchange.

If the goods received are faulty or damaged, you may return them for a refund provided you dispatch the goods within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you. Please notify Crown Equine of the damage as soon as possible via email at email@example.com and state the order number, product code and damage details. Please ensure the packaging and contents are in its original condition.
Once the faulty items are returned, an assessment will be completed and if the product is deemed faulty, Crown Equine will refund the cost of the goods to the payment method used to purchase the goods. Please send the receipt of freight charges in returning the faulty product to Crown Equine via email so you may be reimbursed.
